I really appreciate the catch and fix. However, if I recall from my days in the printing business, it was customary to proof books BEFORE they go to the bindary department.

I now have two of those extra thick pages in a $45.00 manual like the irritating advertisements I tear out of $2.00 magazines before I start reading them.

Perhaps Pogue could arrange to start including a glue stick with every manual.

BTW — this little faux pas will certainly not dissuade me from purchasing your manuals in the future. Thanks for a great job.

I’ve found one problem: page 202 is not from your book! Instead there is page 210 from “Varieties of Religious Experience” by William James! Page 203 reflects that there is material missing.

I called your publisher and she checked her copy, same result.
