Computers are just plain weird and annoying—they crash, act sluggish, refuse to do what you want them to do, and simply can’t read your mind well enough. But today, mine displayed a unique form of intelligence usually reserved for mind readers, propogandists and cult leaders: it tried to brain wash me with Kafka-esque double speak. Check out this error:
Now I’ve encountered a few weird error messages in my day, but this one’s got to take the cake. It’s like Obi-Wan Kenobi in the original Star Wars with his Jedi mind-tricks—”These are not the droids you’re looking for.”
